You are always welcome to return your purchase if it does not meet your expectations, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
Items should be returned new and unused. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject your returned goods.
For environmental reasons, we do not want to add a return label to each order, which most often ends up in waste - we hope you understand that ♡
But you can easily create a return label with GLS via the link below. This option costs EUR 10, which will be deducted from your total return amount.
Unfortunately, this only applies to countries in the EU.
It is very important that you enclose the return slip - the return slip was in your package.
Without return label
You can also buy a return label yourself at your own expense. Please note, that your return must always be shipped with distribution – regardless of the choice of carrier. We do not accept parcels delivered to parcel shops or other collection points, just as we also do not accept parcels sent with DAO/Bring.
Return shipments are at your own risk.

Your return shipment must always be sent with distribution – regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points than the address above.
As soon as we have received and accepted your return, the amount will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you wish to exchange your purchase to a different size or style, please do so by placing a new order on our webshop after having returned the item.
