At CARE BY ME we are on a mission to create beautiful, long-lasting designs based on love and great craftsmanship, while making a positive difference for both people and the environment. We want to inspire a more sustainable lifestyle and textile production, while minimizing waste that would otherwise end up in landfill. In doing so, we minimize our footprint in the world and our brand's impact on the environment.

In line with these principles, we are proud to present CARE BY: RECYCLING - an innovative project that challenges our perception and handling of used products.

We encourage you as a customer to return your used CARE BY ME cashmere products, after which they will be transformed into new beautiful and unique creations. As a thank you, you will receive a 25% discount on your next purchase – a purchase that provides more work for the women we work with in Nepal.

And in that way, there is a nice common thread throughout the entire process.

We either upcycle or recycle the used products that are collected.
Upcycled products are recreated anew in Denmark - all are unique and handmade. It can be, for example, a new pillow, a beautiful clutch or unique Christmas decorations. The recycled products, on the other hand, are woven anew in Italy, and become new luxury blankets or scarves.

Our limited edition products are sold in selected stores worldwide and on our website while supplies last.

How to do it

• Send us an email at creative@carebyme.dk , describing which product you have and would like to donate to the project.

• We will respond to your email within 1-3 business days with a return label so you can return your product.
  You are of course also welcome to come by our showroom on Rentemestervej in Nørrebro/Nordvest and drop it off if you prefer.

• You will receive a 25% discount code for the webshop by email as a thank you for your donation.
