Gift wrapping

We will wrap your Christmas gift completely free of charge, ensuring it is ready to be placed under the twinkling Christmas tree. We use raw FSC-certified paper adorned with CARE BY ME ribbon, a manilla tag, and a hand-felted heart, adding an extra touch of thoughtfulness.

Simply add gift wrapping to your shopping cart, and we will take care of wrapping your gift(s) with utmost care and attention to detail.

Delivery before Christmas

Europe
If you're in Europe, kindly place your order before 12:00 PM on December 15th for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

Rest of the world
For customers residing in other parts of the world, please place your order before 12:00 PM on December 12th to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Returns

We extend our return period for all orders placed from November 2nd, 2024.
You can easy exchange or return your Christmas gifts until January 6th, 2025.

Click here to create a return label with GLS. This option costs EUR 10, which will be deducted from your total return amount (Only countries in EU)
Please note that a return fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from your final refund amount. The refunded sum will be returned to the original payment method used for placing the order.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, we kindly ask you to return your original order and place a new one.
