WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE?
Every morning, I am greeted by my nearly four-year-old son who wakes me up. Together, we whip up a delicious batch of banana pancakes and smoothies in the kitchen. Afterwards, I indulge in a refreshing Facial Icebath and prepare myself for the day ahead. I consider myself lucky to reside in the city while working outside of it, enjoying the best of both worlds. During my commute, I often take a leisurely stroll through the enchanting forest or take a dip in a serene lake.
Once I arrive at work, I always make it a priority to engage in some form of breathwork. This practice holds great importance for me as it helps me start the day on a positive note.
HOW DO YOU PREFER TO SPEND AN HOUR IN YOUR OWN COMPANY?
It varies based on my mood and needs. On certain occasions, I opt for a leisurely stroll, while other times I find joy in dancing, practicing yin yoga, or tidying up :)
WHAT IS YOUR BEST ADVICE FOR SHOWING SELF-LOVE AND PRIORITIZING YOURSELF IN A BUSY DAY?
Develop positive routines to embrace self-love daily. Reflect on the amount of time dedicated to other people each day. Build a nourishing routine by scheduling a personal moment in your calendar every day.

Yes, I have prioritized self-care and learned to assert myself in a situation that I once believed was beyond my capabilities.
However, I took the leap, and it truly transformed my life for the better.
WHAT ADVICE, ON CREATING A LIFE IN BALANCE, WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR YOUNGER SELF?
I still have a sense that there is always more to learn, and yet, I also acknowledge my strengths and abilities. But a piece of advice I would give to my younger self, as well as my present self, is this: have faith that everything will fall into place. Trust that you will discover your path <3

Practice physical activity daily, incorporate breathwork into your routine, and provide your body with nourishing and wholesome food.
Have you always had a fascination with makeup and skincare?
Absolutely, for as far back as I can recall.
I remember having a lip balm when I was younger that I adored applying because it made my lips gleam gorgeously :)
That's my earliest beauty memory, and I think I must have been around 7 years old at the time.

Massaging your face not only helps to relax your muscles but also reduces the appearance of fine lines. It's a wonderful opportunity for a self-loving and tranquil moment. Personally, I make it a part of my evening routine.
