WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE?
I start the day by taking our dog Bobby for a walk, then I kiss my children goodbye and wish them a good day. After that, I make my anti-inflammatory morning smoothie and a cup of coffee and sit down in front of the computer.
HOW DO YOU PREFER TO SPEND AN HOUR IN YOUR OWN COMPANY?
It must be with a long walk in the forest and a rare appointment with a nice book.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST ADVICE FOR SHOWING SELF-LOVE AND PRIORITIZING YOURSELF IN A BUSY DAY?
For me, self-love is listening to myself and focusing on what I need.
Whether it's spending time with my girlfriends, a walk with my husband and dog, time with my teenagers, relaxing with a good book or sitting and working late at night when everyone has gone to bed and the house is completely quiet.
HAVE YOU MADE A DECISION IN YOUR LIFE THAT HAS BEEN PARTICULARLY GOOD FOR YOU?
It is difficult to choose just one, as I have several that mean a lot to me.
Naturally, the fact that I have chosen to marry the man I love and have chosen to have three wonderful children.
The decision to dare to start my fourth child, Nordstjerne.
In addition, every day I try to make decisions that are good for me.
WHAT ADVICE, ON CREATING A LIFE IN BALANCE, WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR YOUNGER SELF?
Talk to yourself nicely and slow down - everything will work out totally fine.
YOUR BEST TIP FOR A STRONG AND HEALTHY BODY AS WELL AS A MIND IN BALANCE?
Yoga, long walks, healthy and delicious food, lots of good people in your life and sleep.
Have you always been creative?
Yes. I have always done various creative things and been interested in interiors and design.
But it was at the beginning of Nordstjerne that I realized that it was not only something I thought was fun, but also that it was something I was so good at that I could make a living from it.
DO YOU HAVE AN EASY BEAUTY TIP THAT WE MAY SHARE?
Get enough sleep, stay hydrated and don’t forget to smile - and a little skin care as well :)
IF YOU COULD CHOOSE AN ACTIVITY OF YOUR OWN CHOICE THAT WOULD FILL YOU WITH LOTS OF ENERGY - WHAT WOULD IT BE?
A wonderful party with lots of dancing. I love to dance and be surrounded by lovely people.
